3D SLA PROTOTYPING TECHNOLOGY
Our machine is able to produce prototypes and pre-series with SLA technology (stereolithography) up to 200x200x150mm and multiples in daylight resin in different shades of color. for 25 micron layer resolution. We use either resins: FLEXI, FIRM, HARD.
WORKING WITH NUMERICAL CONTROL CNC MACHINES 5 AXES
The espessione "5 axes" refers to the number of directions in which it can move the cutting tool. On a 5-axis machining center, the tool moves along the linear axes X, Y and Z and rotates on axis A and B so as to approach from any direction to the workpiece. In other words, it is possible to work 5 sides of a piece with a single setup. Supported materials: aluminum, wood, ABS, marbles, etc...
DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF LED PCB
The company is able to design and implement an internal PCB with dimensional and lighting features defined on specific customer requirements using LED chip and SMD LED of the best brands on the market.
EXTRUDED ALUMINIUM LED PROFILES
The skyLED LED Profile Catalogue is growing; on specific request of the customer, profiles can be realized with "custom" section. skyLED designers provide the necessary information relevant for the proper assessment of heat dissipation. Minimum quantities processed: 250 / 350Kg
GYPSUM PLASTER and RELEASE / RESINS
Thanks to the use of new gypsum matrix materials and silicone molds fail to realize lighting products too bulky or with substantial elongation without risk of breakage or cracking. The low cost of the molds allows the production of small series at affordable cost compared to plastic materials.
DEVELOPMENT OF LED LIGHT POLYSTYRENE FRAMES
We create frames for hosting LED strips in XPS (expanded polystyrene) with variable density (standard 35 Kg / m3) based on customer specifications and processing by extrusion or "hot wire" numerical control by drawing cad.
